LIVE CLAIM RULES/PRICES

Please fully read the information below. If you have any questions, please ask the Host or a Mod in the LIVE.

1. Claiming Items: When you claim an item, a $15.00 deposit plus shipping is required to secure your basket. You will not pay for shipping again when checking out. Please ask the Host for the code.
2. Remaining Balance: Invoices sent to your email must be paid within 24 hours. Invoices can take up to 1-2 days to be sent.
3. Non-Refundable: Please note that the deposit and shipping cost is non-refundable if you decide not to complete the purchase. Any item claimed is secured and may not be returned.
4. Securing Items- First person to claim is based on comments received on the Host's screen. Please note your comment may show before others. Please exit the LIVE and return to see any correction in the comment order. Custom claims over-rule any claim of just the item.
5. Incomplete Claims/Unpaid Invoice- If a paid deposit is not claimed in full you will receive $15.00 in any product at random to complete your purchase. Unpaid invoice- you'll receive a refund for shipping. $15 deposit is non-refundable and will be a restocking fee.
6. Confirmation: Once the deposit is paid, you will need to notify the Host that you've opened a basket to start claiming on the LIVE.
7. Basket Holding: Baskets will not be held unless communicated with the Host in private.
