Shipping policy

1. Processing & Shipping Timeline

At LS Designs, I take pride in the quality of my work. Because items are often handcrafted, please note the timelines:

  • Processing Time: Orders typically take 2–14 business days to process before they are ready for shipment.

  • Shipping Days: To keep operations efficient, orders are shipped on Fridays.

  • Paid Bag Holds: I offer the option to hold "paid bags" for future shipping. Please contact me directly to coordinate a hold.

2. Shipping & Liability

I want your items to arrive safely, but please understand my role in the delivery process:

  • Transfer of Responsibility: Once a package is scanned and dropped off with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), LS Designs is no longer responsible for the package.

  • Carrier Responsibility: The shipping carrier is responsible for delivering the package to the address provided at checkout.

  • Missing Packages: If your package is missing and you haven't received it, or if you have not received a tracking email within 14 business days, please reach out to me directly so I can assist you.
