Description
Claiming Items: When you claim an item, a $10.00 deposit plus shipping is required to secure your basket. You will not pay for shipping again when checking out and deposit will be deducted from your total.
Remaining Balance: It is your responsibility to check for your balances. Check the email you are using to order. (24 hours for update after LIVE) If your invoice is not there, please reach out directly.
Securing Items- First person to claim is based on comments received on the Host's screen. Please note your comment may show before others. Please exit the LIVE and return to see any correction in the comment order. Custom claims over-rule any claim of just the item.
Confirmation: Once the deposit is paid, you will need to notify the Host that you've opened a basket to start claiming on the LIVE.
🚨Incomplete Claims/Unpaid Baskets: After 7 Days, your order will be canceled. You'll receive a refund for shipping. $10 deposit is non-refundable and will be a restocking fee. Please note you will not be allowed to claim moving forward. 🚨
